The Court for the Repression of Economic Offenses and Terrorism (CRIET), ruling in criminal matters and in first instance, sentenced, on Monday March 16, 2020, Amour Magnide, trainee from the Public Treasury and Pharell Ponty Ahouaga, respectively to 15 years and 7 years of firm imprisonment. Two defendants in the first file entered in the roll of the third criminal session for the 2019-2020 judicial year of the CRIET.
