Indeed, the government of the Togolese Republic, under the supervision of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Digital Transformation, has just announced, together with the ECA, this competition, in an official press release. Entries must be submitted no later than September 30, 2022. The jury will review all entries and the winner will be announced on October 31, 2022.
